Cottonhood Return Policy
Returns:
We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the full priced merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Cottonhood sale or clearance items are exchange only. Our general return policy is 30 days from day of receipt for regular priced items.
Cottonhood will provide customer with a return label after they contact us via email (cs@cottonhood.com) for a return request. Cottonhood charges a $8.95 return fee.

Returns on Cottonhood Full Price Items
If for any reason, your Cottonhood apparel does not work out and we cannot help you locate an alternative size or style, you are eligible for a free return label and a full-refund of your order cost, excluding initial shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet our below guidelines:
1) Items are returned in their original packaging
2) Items must be "as-new" condition. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact
3) Your order was placed in the last 30 days
Cottonhood Sale and Discounted Items
Sale and blowout merchandise are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges or store credit only.

Cottonhood Defective Items
Defective items are eligible for a full refund. Initial shipping costs will also be refunded. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Anything after will be a case by case basis.
Refusal of Delivery
All refused shipments returned to our site Cottonhood.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are not eligible for a refund on shipping costs.
