Refund policy

Refunds are issued after the item(s) are received and inspected. All refunds will be made directly to the payment method used in making the purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.

Cottonhood Sale and Discounted Items:
Sale and blowout merchandise are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges or store credit only.

Returns: Cottonhood will provide customer with a return label after they contact us via email (cs@cottonhood.com) for a return request. Cottonhood charges a $8.95 return fee.
